 Awesome Karaoke/ Lousy Bartenders

| We had such a good time with the karaoke host Dave, but the staff has horrible. What this talented guy is doing in a place like this is beyond us. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have stayed. The young lady bartending was very rude and discourteous to us. We waited and waited for drinks, and when she got to us, my boyfriend asked why she helped other people that were there after us. She said they were busy and everyone had to wait. He waived money in the air and she walked by three times before getting to us. She said if we couldn't wait for us to go somewhere else. We finished our drinks and said bye to Dave. He asked why we were leaving so soon and we told him. He said he was sorry and to wait a few minutes, soon after he came to our table with a round of drinks he paid for himself. It was very nice of him to do that and we told him it wasn't necessary. He picked on our table, joking around with us all night. We stayed until the place closed. As we were leaving, we overheard the bartender talking to Dave and she complained that we didn't tip her. We don't tip when someone is rude to us and their service is lousy. Btw the doorman Jerry was awesome too. He said he was sorry as well, that bartenders can get a little crazy when it gets too busy. Both Dave and Jerry are the only reason we would come back. Hopefully they will get rid of the bartender and find one better who knows how to respect customers. |
